Real estate web design · Calgary

Calgary real estate websites that win the listing appointment.

Half the people buying in Calgary right now moved here from somewhere else. They don't know a quadrant from a community, they've never heard of Mahogany or Tuscany, and they're picking an agent off a phone screen at 11pm. Meanwhile every associate in your brokerage is handed the same template site with the same stock skyline. We build you a site under your own name — with your communities, your record, your face — that a seller can actually tell apart.

Based in Calgary. We can meet you at your shop — not a call centre three time zones away.

The problem

Your brokerage-issued site is the same one 200 other Calgary associates have. It doesn't say which communities you actually know, it doesn't show what you've sold, and it's not obvious it belongs to you rather than head office.

Our approach

A site in your name, built around the two things Calgary sellers and buyers are actually choosing on — do you know my community, and have you done this before — with a home evaluation form that lands in your CRM and brokerage identification that satisfies RECA without swallowing the page.

Why Calgary is different

A real estate website in Calgary has a different job to do.

Calgary is bought community by community

Nobody here searches "houses in Calgary." They search Auburn Bay, Mahogany, Tuscany, Bridgeland, Altadore, or an acreage out toward Springbank and Bragg Creek. Quadrant and community pages, written by someone who has actually driven the streets, are what pull a buyer off Google and onto your list. That's a fight a solo agent can win against a national portal.

Half your buyers are new to the province

Calgary has been absorbing people from Ontario and BC for years now, and they arrive with no map in their head. They don't know that NW and NE are different worlds, or what a laned infill is, or why the school situation in a brand-new community matters. A relocation guide that answers that honestly is the most underbuilt page in Calgary real estate.

RECA governs how you advertise

The Real Estate Council of Alberta requires your brokerage's name to appear at least as prominently as yours — not tucked in the footer, not hidden behind a "see more" link — and you have to advertise under the name on your licence. Most agent sites get this wrong. We build the compliance in from the start instead of bolting a disclaimer on at the end.

What you get

Built specifically for Calgary real estate agents & brokerages.

Listings, feed or by hand

Pipe in a CREB / IDX feed for full property search, or feature a handful of listings you update yourself. For most individual agents the manual route looks better and launches faster — we'll tell you honestly which one you actually need.

Community & quadrant guide pages

One page per community you genuinely work — schools, commute, what the housing stock actually is, who it suits. Written properly, not spun. Ten thin pages with the name swapped is a doorway pattern Google punishes, so we build fewer and better.

Home evaluation that routes to your CRM

The one form that reliably produces seller conversations. Address plus contact, straight into Follow Up Boss, KvCORE, Lofty, HubSpot or wherever your leads live, tagged so you know it came from the site.

Photos of you, in Calgary

We're here, so we can shoot you — on a listing, on a street you actually sell. Sellers pick a person, not a brokerage, and a real photo of you in a real Calgary neighbourhood does more than any amount of copy.

FAQs

Common questions from Calgary real estate agents & brokerages.

That's part of the build, not an afterthought. Your brokerage name goes on the page at least as prominently as yours and stays visible rather than buried in the footer, and we advertise you under the name on your licence. If your brokerage has its own brand standards on top of RECA's rules, send them over at kickoff and we'll build to them.

Yes, through an IDX or feed provider — that's the normal route, and it's a monthly cost from them on top of the site. But be honest with yourself first: most individual agents get more from six beautifully presented listings and strong community pages than from a full search portal nobody uses when Realtor.ca exists. We'll say so if that's what we think.

No. Ten near-identical pages with the community name swapped is a doorway pattern, and Google treats it as spam — it can pull the whole site down. Pick the three to six communities you actually know and sell in, and we'll write those properly. That beats forty thin ones every time.

It should. Someone moving from Toronto or Vancouver has real questions — quadrants, commute times, what a $700k house actually gets you here, new build versus inner-city infill, what winter does to a commute from Airdrie. A proper relocation page answers those and quietly makes the case that you're the person who knows.

Launch is $697 and Growth is $1,397 — the same price anywhere in Canada, no Calgary markup. Growth is the usual pick here because it covers the community guide pages and the evaluation form. A feed, if you want one, is billed by the feed provider, not us. Both packages include the 14-day money-back guarantee and a 12-month warranty.
